Margery Hill Cottage is a
17th Century stone built cottage hidden up
Higher Row at the rear of Cliff House in
Kingsand. The accommodation sleeps 5/6 people
and consists of 2 double bedrooms and a single
bedroom with an additional pull-out bed. There
are 2 bathrooms (one of which is en-suite), a
large open plan living room with a log burner,
TV, video, music centre and library.

| The large dining room can
seat up to 8 people and leads through into a new
modern kitchen which includes all modern
appliances such as Fridge Freezer, Extra Large
Electric Cooker With a Calor Gas Hob), Microwave
, Dishwasher, Washing Machine and Tumble Dryer.
The cottage benefits from full heating. All
linen and towels provided. |

French windows lead into
the conservatory. The large conservatory leading
onto a south facing garden terrace is ideal for
al-fresco eating and barbecues (We even provide
a Gas barbeque ).Children are welcome and
babysitting can be arranged. Dogs are allowed
however a £25 per week (or £4 per day) per dog is charged for
insurance purposes. |

| Evening meals for both cottages are available at
Cliff House on some days (special diets catered for).
Meals can also be brought in to order. Bookings are
usually Friday to Friday. Short breaks for a minimum of
three nights subject to availability, usually in off
peak times. Both cottages are fully equipped including
all linen and towels. |

Fisherman's Cottage is self contained
cottage for 2. It has a double bedroom with en-suite
shower room along with a living room / kitchen / dining
area. This cottage is not suitable for children or pets.
